Francis Ryan Ao
Francis Ryan Arceo Ao Born April 13, 1983 to Fernando Ao and Zenaida Franco Arceo is a Filipino-Chinese Businessman and Entrepreneur. Educated since Kinder in the De La Salle School systems, he has proven successes in the field of school projects and business dealings with his peers. He has also took up employment in the top corporations in the Philippines particularly: HSBC, Affiliated Computer Services of the Philippines (ACS of the Philippines), and Deutsche Knowledge Services (DKS) Manila, Arvato Bertelsmann (Google) Manila.
Highly decorated Lasallian with loyalty awards and gained recognition by bringing his batch mates in LSGH and DLSU together by social gatherings and frequent updates on what's happening with his former peers. Also a highly accomplished employee in the field of Credit (Consumer, Business, Investment) with specialization in staff training, process migration, financial statement analysis and process improvement.
Dedicated to his work and his business, Manila Sole, in partnership with Starscream industries (Rex, Bello, Jamie, Jing) Manila sole are sneaker type shoes whose soles are made out of recycled tires. Some variants of the shoes contain Ifugao (An indigenous tribe in Baguio, Philippines) linings and recycled conveyor belts. Manila Sole has won many awards through it's groundbreaking innovation of Re-use, Reduce, Recycle used rubber for the environment. Designs are also unique to the Philippine summer environment and patented in the U.S.A.
His family has been in the Safety Shoes business since the 1970's in Marikina City, Manila Philippines and presently a partner in RMR Nissi's operations. His family also develops lands in Tagaytay and Batangas. Their projects are affiliated with Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna Technopark Hotel, Paseo Premier Hotel and Batangas Country Club.
