Pastor Randy Edgar (1954-Present) Born in Dearborn Michigan,raised in Livonia Michigan. Before becoming a Pastor, Randy Edgar's life was filled with turmoil and conflict. He was involved in many businesses and was married to Joan Marie Feathers in the spring of 1976. He is the father of three children Jessica, Kathryn, and Randy Jr.

Mr Edgar moved from one relationship to another after his marriage to Joan failed and they divorced. Randy moved to Florida to be involved in establishing a chain of bodyshops called "The Collision Shop". He took up residence and established roots in the Palm Harbor, Clearwater Beach area. During that time he was involved in many entrepenurial endeavors. Mr. Edgar during this time operated two bars on the West Coast of Florida and continued to feel a calling to do something else with his life.

Mr Edgar's life took a dramatic change in the mid to late 80's when he began drinking heavily and working many long hours. It was during this time that he was arrested for a DUI and as part of his punishment he was sentenced to attend AA classes. While attending a meeting of AA in Hudson Florida he met a Pastor by the name of Bob Brown. Mr Brown persisted in praying for Mr. Edgar much to his objections. At the third meeting Mr. Edgar finally agreed to allow the Pastor to pray for him on the grounds that he would then leave him alone. It was during that prayer that the life of Mr. Edgar was much like those of the Apostle Paul. Mr Edgar being a Christian persecutor immediately was slain in the spirit and taken to the ground. When Mr. Edgar arose from the floor he was a changed man. He spoke in tongues, fell in love with the word of God, and could not get enough of the word in Him. There are many people that are responsible for helping Mr Edgar begin his changed life. In the early stages it was people like Lisa Barrabas who God used in a mighty way at Holy Ground to mentor. It was a man of God by the name of Bob Brown that also had a direct impact on the beginning stages of his walk.

Mr. Edgar returned home after that night to begin his new life in Christ and to rid himself of all the things that God had laid on his heart to get rid of. He got out from the bar business, he gave away all his possessions, he divorced his then new wife, and he moved to Tampa to study the word of God under the direction and supervision of Bishop MB Jefferson, Pastors that were in training and Bishop Ricky Washington. Mr Edgar never had a dream of becoming a Pastor but only of learning the word and the desire to know it to the best of his ability.

In the spring of 2001 after having studied at the school in Tampa and having interned by helping feed and shelter the homeless, Mr Edgar became an ordained Elder. As such he was sent to various states around the country to help form shelters for the local homeless and to help teach the word of God to those that came in to the mission for assistance with their lifes issues.
