I am a professor at the University of St. Thomas. My PSYC 322 Sensation and Perception students will edit psychology and neuroscience wikipedia stubs as a class writing assignment. This project is in response to initiatives from the Society for Neuroscience and Association for Psychological Science.

Introduction

As a part of the PSYC 322, Sensation and Perception course at University of St. Thomas, students are assigned the task of writing articles in Wikipedia pertaining to perceptual psychology and neuroscience. The Society for Neuroscience has recently begun an initiative to update and improve incomplete neuroscience related articles ("stubs") here on Wikipedia. You will play an important role in this initiative through this assignment.
