Summer Helene was born in Lakewood California, she moved to Australia at just six weeks old where she lived until 1998. Summer's father was serving in the Australian Royal Navy while her mother continued her professional dance career.

Summer's mother enrolled her in dance classes at an early age thus passing along her love of performance arts. Soon Summer's love of performing was not just something her mother encouraged but a genuine love and enjoyment of her own.

Summer's formal education in the performing arts began while she was attending high school at Brigidine College, Summer began attending classes at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) at Sydney University. During this time Summer worked with and attended closed lectures by the top entertainers in Australia.

When Summer came to the United States in 1998 she joined the entertainment industry first as a Victoria's Secret model and quickly transitioned into film, first as an actress then as a producer.

Over the course of her career Summer has worked with Mountain Pictures, Moon River Cinema, and Paramount Pictures to name a few; as well as working with award winning directors such as Owen Land, Michael Burton and composer Vasily Shumov

While working with Emmy Award winning writer Dev Ross, Summer spearheaded a new television format with 'The Rocks', a groundbreaking television series supported by the city of Sedona Arizona. While working on 'The Rocks' Summer fell in love with Sedona Arizona and resides there part time with her boyfriend and two adopted children.
