Hello, and welcome to my user page! My name is Sitcom... Mr Sitcom. I like to edit articles relating to television, with a particular interest in British and Australian sitcoms.

I first joined Wikipedia on 15 October 2023. Up until 8 June 2024, my username was the unwieldy Lotsw73, named after one of my favourite programmes, Last of the Summer Wine, which started in 1973.

I have always had a great admiration for Wikipedia. Whenever I search something on the Internet, a Wikipedia article is still the first thing I look for.

I first started editing Wikipedia under an assumed IP address on 20 September 2019. From that time until 3 June 2020, I edited intermittently on various articles, mainly to do with British sitcoms. I didn't edit again until 29 August 2023, using another IP address someone kindly lent me. I continued to make edits in this manner until I decided to create my own account, a decision I am glad to have made.

I have so far enjoyed my time on Wikipedia, and I am glad that I have started editing again after my years in the wilderness.
