Mostiguess is an amateur football club located in Ein El Deir,Lebanon. The club was founded in summer 2009. It started off with 9 players: Pierre Assaf, Jean-Pierre Abi Saad, Joseph Hardan, Anthony Moujabber, Roy Hardan, Eddy Wardan, Yorgo Saad, Jean-Claude Abi Saad and Abraham Matta. Pierre Assaf was the first captain of Mostiguess F.C. , and he kept that honor from summer 2009 till the beginning of summer 2010. Traditionally the Mostiguess captain is the winner of the Mostiguess "World Cup", which is held in the beginning of every summer. Mostiguess F.C. won their first 10 games in a row but their streak finally ended in the end of the summer of 2009 following a 0-1 loss to Hafroun F.C. Jean-Claude Abi Saad was the first manager of Mostiguess F.C. but he was fired following a poor run of results in the summer of 2010, and was temporarily replaced by Tony Abi Ramia during that summer. Anthony Moujabber is currently the club chairman, he provides the club with all their needs. Mostiguess F.C. is sponsored by Mario Sport. The Mostiguess FC kit is light green, and has the club logo 'M'. The club mascot is a Swiss Shepherd named 'Mosti' after the club. In 2011 Mostiguess won the Ehmej Cup 2011 beating Real Ehmej in the final.

Player Profiles:

Pierre Assaf: The former captain (2009-2010) and winner of the 2009 Mostiguess "World cup" is a dangerous midfielder due to his great passing and lethal left foot.

Jean-Pierre Abi Saad: He is a very good defender with speed who's always in the right place.

Joseph Hardan: The current captain and winner of the 2010 and 2011 Mostiguess "World Cup" is a high skilled winger with acceleration and pace. He has an amazing eye for goal and knows where his teammates are on the pitch. He was named Ehmej Player of the Year in 2009 and 2010. He is nicknamed "The King". He's won the 'World Cup' twice in a row defeating Pierre Assaf in both finals (2010-2011). Top scorer of Ehmej Cup 2011.

Elie Gebrael: He is the latest signing for Mostiguess after leaving Hafroun F.C. in 2009 and joining Mostiguess in 2010. He is a tough defender, hard to pass and has a very powerful shot.

Anthony Moujabber: He is an amazing goalkeeper. He was first scouted training with Mostiguess in 2009 and is today Mostiguess and Hafroun F.C.'s first choice goalkeeper. He was named Goalkeeper of the Year in 2010.

Roy Hardan: "The King"'s brother is a feared forward with nice dribbling skills and good finishing. He shows great promise for Mostiguess and Hafroun. Ehmej Cup 2011 player of the tournament.

Eddy Wardan: He is an amazing passer with a great football technique. His crosses always end on the right foot of his teammate.

Yorgo Saad: He is a good defensive midfielder who supports the defenders in time of need.

Jean-Claude Abi Saad: He is Mostiguess's sub goalkeeper but has showed improvement ever since joining Mostiguess in 2009.

Abraham Matta: The deadly striker has a perfect finishing, accurate shot and strong headers. He was Mostiguess's top scorer in 2009.

Elie Matta: Recently promoted to the 1st team.

Youth Academy:

Mostiguess F.C. has a Youth Academy which contains young promising, growing players such as:

1. Jonas El Hayek: He is a good player with good passing.

2. Jason El Hayek: Jonas' brother, a fine growing player.

3. Abboud Abi Ramia: The team's future goalkeeper is good at diving and has fast reflexes.
