OrphanBot Vandalism

Your merging of the tag Template:PD-CAGov to tl|no license caused OrphanBot to automatically vandalize several webpages with legitimite California public domain images. You really owe it to the community to revert ALL the damage done by your edits, like this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:LA_County_DA_Seal.gif&diff=prev&oldid=51083832 - it looks like there's a lot more damage like this, but without an admin account, I can't find it.  :-( The damage you did to this particular file wasn't undone 'till I requested undeletion in April of 2012! --Elvey (talk) 00:30, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
