I have no idea why anyone would be sufficiently interested in me to be checking my user page, but if you are then this is me! I am Mark Goodge, nerd, geek, musician, music lover, enjoyer of fine wine, fine food and fine company, and general computer nerd.
I've been contributing to Wikipedia for a few years now; most of what I do is tidy up and add content to existing articles (my particular pedantry bee is spelling and grammar) but there are a few that I've created from scratch. My Wikipedia philosophy is that we have an opportunity here to work outside the traditional space limitations of paper sources and create something that is truly inclusive: no article is too unimportant to be comprehensive and no information is too trivial to include - the only restrictions are that information should be accurate and relevant.
