- @Lemonaka -- the IP information box here comes from Spur. I don't know what exactly you're pointing to but nothing under "Behaviors" or "Proxies" indicates the nature of the IP itself, my understanding is that it's indicative of the behaviour of the users on the IP. The ASN organisation looks legit too. Furthermore there's one account on the IP whose editing matches the geolocation of the IP -- which is indicative of not a proxy. I would try & talk to the most recent TA on the IP. I'm basing my understanding here on User:Asilvering/How IPs work#Proxies, feel free to give it a read if you'd like.
