My name is Lauren Matranga and I am a senior at Clemson University located in Clemson, South Carolina. As a Psychology major I am required to take a senior lab; in which we write, critique, and edit psychological related material on Wikipedia. This is to promote an active learning experience for students by inviting a reflection of own knowledge base, skills, and goals we have developed as psychology students. This experience is guided by our professor, Dr. June Pilcher. After graduation I would love to dive into the social aspect of psychology, specifically with children that may be experiencing unfortunate circumstances. Hopefully I will be able to fulfill this aspiration by working closely with the Department of Social Services in Anderson or Greenville.
