Quality Unit is a privately owned software development and technology company. It specializes in software development of web based products and information systems designed for one-man to large sized companies. Today, more than 28,000 customers worldwide are operating with QualityUnit's products, spanning a wide variety of projects, from small personal websites, to large, full-scale corporate intranets.
History
Quality Unit was established in 2004, in Bratislava, Slovakia as a software development company. It was created by Andrej Harsani, Viktor Zeman and Maros Fric who later left the company. It's primary effort is on developing web based applications. The first sales started in 2004 with the first version of affiliate software Post Affiliate Pro 4. It has quickly become the leading Affiliate software. In time they reached about 5 000 customers (year 2007), they realized how important is to handle support in a different way as they did until this point and how much they miss high quality multichannel help desk software. Within next 3 months the first version of their own Online Helpdesk Software - Live Agent Helpdesk was launched.
Product Development
Post Affiliate Pro 4
Post Affiliate Pro 4 is the market leading tool in affiliate marketing industry. Up to date, more than 20,000 customers use it worldwide. Post Affiliate Pro is a web-based application. It is written in PHP which contains well thought out functionality. Based on PHP-Affiliate, the system accommodates unlimited affiliates and various commission structures (CPM, CPL and CPM), offers recurring commissions, supports multiple merchants and currencies and banners. Post Affiliate Pro 4 is available as a SaaS solution or as a licensed, downloadable solution.
Live Agent Helpdesk
Live Agent Helpdesk is QualityUnit's second product and was launched in 2007. It provides a solid multichannel ticketing system(email, phone, live chat, Facebook, Twitter) and has users in more than 50 countries. It is available in a SaaS version or as a licensed, downloadable version.
Post Affiliate Network
Post Affiliate Network (PAN) is built on the Post Affiliate Pro affiliate tracking platform, proven by more than 20,000 affiliate program installations. Post Affiliate network was developed in 2010 as an additional affiliate marketing tool. It offers all features available in Post Affiliate Pro, and it allows the option to connect multiple merchants into one affiliate network.
Unit Miner
Unit Miner is a custom data extraction tool. The first version of Unit Miner was developed in 2004. It is fully modifiable and made-to-measure solution.
