Leandro Valhalla
Also called Leo by his friends and family is a fictional character for the third sequel of the movie The Secret of NIMH created by his owner, as one of the fans for Don Bluth
Storyline
A young field mouse, and the eldest son of the sister of Mrs. Jonathan Frisby, the heroine of Mrs Brisby and the rats of NIMH by Robert C O'Brien.(details on the name difference are below)
In the original story this little mouse is the catalyst of the main plot. Leandro contracts a fatal case of pneumonia shortly before his cousin Timothy, because his small body was exposed to a sudden temperature change.
Leandro is said to be potentially more intelligent of the average child to compensate their physical weakness. Although somewhat naive, but trying to gain sympathy from others, Leandro was the victim of a joke in Timothy when he was bitten by a spider in a younger age, thus stunting his physical growth somewhat.
Leandro is often described as being a very thin mouse, although somewhat good looking to some accounts later on. He is generally depicted as having ver light grey or light golden fur. He is often associated with the color blue in his clothing, which makes sense considering blue is often thought to represent melancholy.
Although massively intelligent and insightful, Leandro is known as somewhat of a Paranoic due to his body easily succumbing to illness. Leandro generally appears to be very calm and insightful in his young age.
Future
Even Don Bluth has stated on the Question and Answer section of his website, that if he himself had ever done a sequel, he would have made Timothy Brisby somewhat of an anti hero antagonist in the story, where a s his older brother Martin would become the main protagonist.

Leandro as the bizarro version for Timothy Brisby like would Lahwhinie for Gadget from Rescuers Rangers
