INTRODUCTION

My name is Jeff. I was born and raised in Stratford and moved to Guelph to undertake academic studies at U of G. I am a fourth year English Honours student and I work as a cook at a local catering company.

PERSONAL LIFE

I have no concrete career plans, and waver between:

  1. A profession in the food industry
  2. Pursuing teaching or law
  3. Combining my arts degree with food industry knowledge i.e. food writing

I live in Guelph with my Girlfirend who works as a legal assistant and our Labrador Retriever[1]Murphy.

EDUCATION & ACADEMIC CAREER

I have a Marketing Diploma from Fanshawe College in London and applied to The University of Guelph to pursue English as a major as well as take any Marketing/Business classes that I find of Interest. I look forward to what CIS 2050 has to offer during the semster and sharing ideas with one another.

HOBBIES

Sports

I grew up playing hockey, baseball, and golf, and continue to occupy myself in these sports both as a particpant and a spectator. I am a fan of Toronto sports teams, specifically The Maple Leafs and The Blue Jays
