I made a conscious and genuinely positive decision to help contribute to Wikipedia when I began using it to research many different topics I was interested in. What a great resource! Unfortunately, due to limited time, I decided to only focus my time on the articles I was most adept at, Lease option and Lease purchase contract . I have been a full-time real estate investor for just over ten years now, focusing mainly on this very powerful technique. I am the original author of Lease purchase contract and find it exciting to see how other members of Wikipedia have contributed to it.

I am also interested in my favorite baseball team, The Detroit Tigers and my favorite baseball player, The Georgia Peach, Ty Cobb. Cobb is, in my subjective and humble opinion, the greatest player to ever step on a baseball diamond.
