  • Michael E. Dilley: 2004-current most notable for bringing the 1st GSM cellular system to Guam & the C.N.M.I. under Hafatel. Hafatel sold to NTT Docomo in 2006 and Mr. Dilley transferred to Choice Radio inc. as their executive director of operations up to current. Mr. Dilley is a member of the Matua Riders and owns the only custom theme show bike (Chopper) on the islands called PEEPSHOW [1]. Mr. Dilley continues to support his community's betterment through the Rotary club of Saipan, as well as providing a community service of prepairing simple free wills for those and their families that desire to plan for their future. Mr. Dilley, served his country durring Desort Storm and Desert Shield in the USAF from 1989 to 1999 where he did an early provissional retirement in Guam, USA. Mr. Dilley has lived in Saipan, CNMI since 2004 and has worked to make his community and their way of life the best that it can be in all his daily routines.
