Old Job and current interests

I worked for a large automotive company analysing the steering and handling of prototype and production cars using a program called MSC Software ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems), spreadsheets, and scribbles on pieces of paper. I still analyse acoustics, dynamics and statics problems, mostly in GNU/Octave and other open source software.

Things I am interested in on Wiki

Anything technical to do with cars. Some military history.
