firepink is an over-educated over-30 female from Columbus, Ohio. I chose the nickname because (1) I love wildflowers and (2) "fire" and "pink" seem to be nearly antonyms...which is true of my changing moods.
Interests:
- wildflowers and nature
- reading (esp. mysteries, e.g. Dorothy Sayers)
- cats (I have a twenty-pounder)
- puzzles (crossword, logic, & jigsaw)
- collecting teapots and stamps
Sorry if my initial entries weren't Wikified... I'm still learning! It's also hard sometimes for me to stay NPOV...I tend to get a bit over-enthusiastic sometimes!
Ever since the big change-over, I haven't been able to stay logged in. Still trying to fix this without adding cookies. I added "wikipedia.com" to a list of "trusted sites" that WILL accept cookies...but it's not working yet!!
