- Classicwiki You reported the IP as block evasion, but I did not find any of their sock blocked. I do not say I don't believe you when you say that their has been previous cases of IP who are blocked now and are clearly related to this IP. I just suggested that if you have the related blocked IP's address then you can mention them to support the 'block evasion' claim, but it was not necessary given that there they were committing obvious vandalism as said by ToBeFree. It was a case of misunderstanding, and I don't have any agenda here to mention. Thanks, ExclusiveEditor Notify Me! 08:29, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

- I think ExclusiveEditor does have a good point: When "block evasion" is reported at AIV, I normally need at very least a link to one of the blocked IPs/accounts displaying obviously similar behavior. If it can't be explained in a very obvious way needing just a few words and links, WP:SPI is the better noticeboard. In the given case, however, "block evasion" was really not what I was blocking for, and the vandalism was very obvious, so the request for links/addresses seemed a bit strange to probably us both. I don't think a huge discussion is needed to see this. :D All good. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 08:35, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
