Welcome to my user page. I'm Andrew Stuhl, an Assistant Professor of Environmental Humanities at Bucknell University. Trained as a historian, I study the ways ideas of nature have shaped human relationships with the environment over the last two centuries. My specific area of interest is the North American Arctic, where I spent two years living, researching, and completing community-based scholarship projects.

In the Spring of 2014, I'll be working with students in a History of Ecology course to update and/or write articles concerning the development of ecology as a professional discipline.
