Comment: While I believe proactive disclosure of personal opinions to be an important part of WP:NPOV one should not ever ask an editor to recuse themselves from a discussion on the basis of userbox content. To do so contravenes WP:NPA. To claim that a person's POV makes them incapable of serving the neutrality goal of Wikipedia is to make the false claim that some people are inherently neutral.
