Carl Thomas, aka 'Cjay' was born in Shrewsbury (birthplace of Chales Darwin) on Arpil the 6th 1989 to Sharon Elizabeth Claire Evans. His Father Neil Charles smith is a self employed carpenter working from a home based workshop. Sharon and Neil ender their relathionship soon after the birth of Carl. Carl's step mother; Rachael Loise Smith is currently Studying at the Glyndwr University (teaching course) and his step father is a self employed mechanic turn farmer. Carl began his primary education at Llanwddyn primary school in the summer of 1993 in a small class of 40 pupils. He then went on to study at Llanfyllin High school where he graduated with 11 GCSE's (ranging from A* to D), 4 As levels and 3 A levels. Thomas then went on to study at Aberystwyth university, where he is currently studying Internet computing. He also plays for a football team at Aberystwyth (the infamous, 'magic men') and takes part in many social activities such as 'poker nights' and 'funnelling'. In 2009 Carl began his career as an MMA fighter after an inspirational trip to Thailand - where he trained Thai boxing.

Carl was the first MMA fighter currently on the roster to go fight in Pride where he represented the organization against kickboxer Guy Mezger, 

knocking him out cold in one of the most exciting fights to be witnessed in MMA.[12] Sadly in May 2012 Carl ruptured a disc fragmented into his spinal collar whilst training for a professional fight the following week. This forced the pro-turned fighter into an early retirement ending his record of 17 fights and 14 knockouts. Later that year Carl opened his own MMA gym in Nova Zaroga (Bulgaria), where he still lives and works to this day. It is rumoured to be the best up and coming Thai boxing gym since the opening of 'La Rassa' the Brazilian Jujitsu gym opened by Rhodrigo Lopez Diaz in Sao Paulo (Brazil) 1992. Many up an coming stars are said to be coming out of his training programme. Even though the gym has all the latest equipment and successful training programmes, Carl refuses to charge a membership fee, funding the gym himself. Carl is also a well known member of the Wolfpack with members such as 'Evsjewie', 'Jurgen Rugs Prauhs', 'Noel Walter Trout', 'Sick Nicky J JR' and 'TGI Fridays Ireland'. Many thought the Wolfpack had dissolved after very little media attention since 2011 but Media Journalist 'Pazzerazi Lone Wolf' recently snapped a photograph of the guys on a re-union night out in Cardiff City Centre (Wales,UK).
