Hey! I'm CaptainVindaloo. Don't ask about the name, I'd been playing a lot of Armed and Dangerous a few years ago.

• My off-wiki University work (hence my recent low activity).
• SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle - trying to polish it up a bit, possibly as far as featured status.
• Other video game articles I'm interested in.
• Cars, particularly my favourites, MINI and Ferrari.
• I keep an eye on Sussex (chicken), Marans and Rhode Island Red, the breeds some of my old pet hens.
• Occasional photography and illustration.
• You may even catch me making copyedits (spelling, grammar, etc.) to any article I find myself reading.
• RC patrol.

This week's interesting computer problem: GeForce number 4 just burned out. This, Nvidia, is why you don't give fabrication contracts to people who insist on holding the negotiations in underground car parks at midnight and pay you in used notes in a briefcase. Hopefully ATI don't pull the same stupidity...
