Why do I use the nick CaptainRon? My family and friends call me Ronnie since I was a kid, and I started using Ron since it was short. Being a computer engg. one fine day when I was creating a module for my software, I was unable to trace a stealthy bug that hampered my development progress for more than 5 hours. To trace the bug, I placed a 'shout-call' which read "I I Captain Ron" in the entry points of each subroutine which were failing to work. Then I finally zeroed onto the main subroutine where the bug existed and corrected it. In the next test run, even that module successfully shout called II Captain Ron, and my software fired up! That time it really felt as if I was the Captain of a ship and I had succeeded in a daunting mission. Hence the legend...
