This is an automatically-editing, manually-run bot, using template.py and replace.py from the pywikipedia framework for template renames, and a modification for template merger. It has approval to run on the basis of WP:SFD outcomes, and to re-tag stubs on the basis of double-stubbings and permanent category membership. Now also approved for populating "missing category" maintenance categories, and splitting up Category:articles with topics of unclear notability by month (see Category:Wikipedia maintenance categories sorted by month). Additionally: splitting up maintenance categories by date, after the fact; and tagging short, uncategorised articles as stubs.
