Hi…

I’m AMBerry. Bit of a jerky name, I know, but it gets me by. I spent a lot of my time on Wikipedia editing cricket-related articles, usually related to Kent County Cricket Club. I am also a fan of Gillingham F.C., and so spend some time (though not as much) editing articles related to the Gills.

In terms of the quality of editing, I see myself as someone who tries to improve on stub-class articles, to the point where they can be recategorised as either B- or C-class. I tend not to get involved with the more procedural aspects of Wikipedia, such as RfA or AfD, because I cannot be bothered with the hassle of it all.

I am a member of the Cricket WikiProject, which does an incredible amount of work without being noticed. Eventually I'll get round to finishing articles for each County Championship and Friends Provident Trophy season, but it takes a long time. I also find time to edit articles on women's cricket occasionally.

Mea culpa

I have edited over 1,200 articles (apparently) on Wikipedia, some are good, others Good, but I hope all have benefited from my efforts. I've blatently just stolen that line from someone else's user page, if they notice, Nev, I'm sorry. :) Listed to the right are some of the articles that my peers here have judged worthy of FA or GA status.
