Since the template would swell in size with the listing of all cities, towns and villages, we could also go with a simpler format, following the Ukraine template. I would say, whatever it is, we should do the same for all oblast templates. But if you like a small template, then probably we should list raions and cities only. All the groups are in alphabetical order, except for hromadas, which look to the casual eye to be in random order. I looked at the templates for two other oblasts – they had hromadas in alphabetical order. Are the hromadas in this template in some unobvious order or are they random? Should they be changed to alphabetical?
