The template lists Atal Nagar/Raipur as the "de-facto" capital of Chhattisgarh. I can't find information regarding this. While there are administrative offices of the state's government situated here, the legislative assembly and other departments of the state still function from Raipur. So not sure how de-facto it is in the sense. It is probably better to list it as "planned" or something similar.
