Yes, i'm intending to do that in the main Program article - i'm in the process of rewriting it. The increments were the times when an American astronaut was aboard Mir on the long-duration stays, when no Shuttle was docked. Actually it is - it carried up the first American astronaut, Norman Thagard, to Mir, for the first American Increment aboard the station.
