Peerage lists other countries that have them such as Japan, so perhaps this sidebar's title is too broad in scope and should focus on the UK somehow. I noticed that as well and, considering the template itself and its content only refers to the UK, I would completely agree, so I've duly changed it to "Peerages in the United Kingdom" (rather than of which is sort of a sub-category).
