The wiki-pipe-table markup for table header[1] elements "<th>" is "!". They are used in tables for summary data. As they carry formatting defaults defined by HTML or CSS they can save tags such as "center" [2] and bold.
As this a msg and not just an article, I wont revert the change today (even with a due explanation here or in the edit summary). -- User:Docu
Isn't this box a bit of overkill? The geographical boxes are aids to navigation in a manner that the average pedia-browser could find useful, but boxes for treaty organizations seem to me like footer-clutter. Will anyone dissuade me from being bold? Why is this template sometimes found in country articles and sometimes in "Economy of..." articles? I've rather had it in mind to add to this template, as long as there are no objections, a Category:Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development - this adding it at a stroke to all articles using this template - but I think this duplicity might complicate this. Can a convention be decided on? -- Itai 19:55, 30 Oct 2004 (UTC)
After long debates, WikiProject Countries seems to limit the footers on the main country article to continent footers, instead of including all specialized organizations a country may be part of. For the Template:OECD footer, the articles in Category:National economies seem to be a logical place, if one wants to add it somewhere.
I have no objection to Category:OECD. I'm not sure whether adding it to categories is wise, however, seeing as it is likely not all countries have categories dedicated to their economies. -- Itai 21:07, 31 Oct 2004 (UTC)
