Saudi Arabia has the Asir and Hijaz ranges, and the UAE has one mountain outside the Hajar range, that is Jebel Hafeet. In addition, the Yemeni Sarawat range has the Haraz range, so I intend to divide the sections of these countries according to different subsections, where applicable. The Hajar are in the northeastern part, shared by the UAE and Oman, and the Sarawat (which in a broad sense includes the Haraz, Asir and the Hijaz), is in the western part, parallel to the coast of Tihamah, from northern Saudi Arabia to Yemen. At the same time, there are mountains between the Hajar and the Sarawat, in the southeastern part of the peninsula, running from Oman to Yemen, thus going near the cities of Salalah and Mukalla.[1] What do they call these mountains?
