I created this template in April 2018 and recognize it currently is perhaps U.S.-centric. Most of the list-articles it currently covers are for U.S.-based fraternal orders and the like, although some of the lists cover some buildings outside the U.S. My intention is for it to cover clubhouse buildings of chains/orders/associations that are headquartered anywhere in the world though.
