Template talk:Language alphabets
Sections
Now the template has sections, just like those about phonologies, orthographies or grammars. My sandbox has a copy of this template – possibly in its archive when you're reading this. It can be used for experiments like further branching and possibly for making other templates. --Tarnoob (talk) 16:14, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
Italic
All the languages under the Italic section fall under the Romance language family, so why are they referred to as Italic? Great Mercian (talk) 15:55, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
- As Latin is also listed, and Latin is not a "Romance language" per se, and instead an Italic language, they are listed under that name. Luckily, the Romance languages are also Italic languages by extension, so it works out well.
