Do we really need this castle icon? It's cute, but it's cluttery. WP is no KDE desktop. dab 16:12, 26 Nov 2004 (UTC)
I rather much prefer a timeline. Well, it gives some attention to the stub, and it makes it nicer. --[[User:AllyUnion|AllyUnion(talk)]] 07:55, 28 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Please remove the castle icon. I came across it on Cleisthenes of Sicyon and realized how bad (and irrelevant) it looks on ancient Greek history articles. (Probably in many other categories of history articles, but that's where I noticed it first.) Etz Haim 21:50, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Need to find a better image.... -- AllyUnion(talk) 01:03, 5 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Any idea as to what could be a better icon, working both for 19th century AD and 19th century BC? Halibutt 07:58, Feb 5, 2005 (UTC)
I added the hourglass, to symbolize the passing of time. I'm afraid it's not that clear of an image, though. 66.99.9.30 03:39, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)
You're right it's not clear! Why not just a simple outline of an hourglass instead of a 3d icon? DelftUser 13:40, 2005 July 22 (UTC)

WP:WSS could benefit from less resorting needs if this were to take an arguement (Germany) which would be processed by a switch
{{#switch: {{{1}}}
|#default= same as now
|Germany= categorize same as by {{tl|Germany-sect-stub}}
|France= categorize same as by {{tl|France-sect-stub}}
|whatever= (People USUALLY know whatever, not necessarily the fine points of syntax such as word order and hypens!)
}}
T'would be nice. I stumble around a lot trying to figure out WSS syntaxes when I know darn well there ought be something in the field. geo-stub, hist-stub, etc. are intuitive.
Cheers! // FrankB18:03, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2007-10-18T18:03:00.000Z","author":"Fabartus","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Fabartus-2007-10-18T18:03:00.000Z-How_about_adding_a_switch_to_these","replies":[],"displayName":"Fra"}}-->
