@14.141.141.26: Like all other 200+ election year templates, this template is for elections only, not individual assemblies/parliaments. They usually have their own template, and as you've ignored the suggestion to create one, I've done so at {{Delhi Assemblies}}. As for the WP:OSE argument, it is a valid argument when there is consistency elsewhere ("these comparisons are important as the encyclopedia should be consistent in the content that it provides or excludes"); I suggest you familiarise yourself with that essay before quoting it at others.
