Template isn't working properly - last line should contain expansion of {{reflist|group=note}} but it doesn't. Instead there are referencing errors which also occur on transcluding page, eg. Paddy Tipping

The previous multi-column format made it difficult to see who was a PFCC. Nor did it include the Mayors.
