The note says "Bracketed figures indicate cardinals..." meaning in this instance 121:

But in the US we would not say bracketed. These are brackets: [ ]. We'd say "in parentheses". This is not a super important issue, Ravenpuff, but from WP:BRINT: "where a redirect represents a distinct sub-topic within a larger article and is not merely a variant name, it is preferable to leave the redirect in the template".
