I've taken the liberty of consolidating the two sections of this navbox while converting it to the WP:MILHIST navbox style. All of these ships were classified as members of the Charles Lawrence class, so what they were before is not hugely relevant in the context of a navbox. When the class article is written, that is the place to tell which ships were converted from DEs and which ships were completed as APDs.
