I see what GreenJoe was trying to do. A better title on the template, therefore, would be "Post secondary institutions in Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador", and the template name could be {{PEI and NL PS}} or something like that. The current title is a bit misleading, and begs the question "what happened to all the other schools?"
