Usage
This template expands a name (1st parameter) to link to the appropriate subway station article, without displaying "subway station".
The optional second parameter (any character) will capitalize the word "Subway", and the optional third parameter (any character) will capitalize the word "Station".
For example:
{{Subway|City Hall}} expands to [[City Hall subway station|City Hall]].
{{Subway|Tuqiao|x|x}} expands to [[Tuqiao Subway Station|Tuqiao]].
Discretion should be used on whether to name the place itself or the station that serves it. In railway articles it is generally preferred to use the station unless specifically talking about the place, for example that Ibrox serves the neighbourhood of Ibrox.
Many world subway system articles follow the link form of terminating with "subway station".
