Usage

This template should only be applied to pages where a splitting discussion has been closed with consensus to split. Eaxample:
 | This article is currently being split out. Consensus to split out this article into Some article has been found. You can help implement the split by following the resolution on the discussion and the splitting instructions. |
If no one is actively working on the merger yet, |inactive=y will adjust the wording to make this clear, without affecting the categorization. Some mergers happen within the day, while some are put off literally for years due to lack of someone volunteering to take it on.
