Initial Draft

Full disclosure: I would state that I'm a (relatively new) user of this stuff, and given its open source background, I have personally contributed code from my projects to the community. (eg, saved projects and code, made them available from my personal Github page, and listed them in the Toit package repository. I have also submitted PR's and raised issued on the project in git, where I've found bugs, etc.) I understand that to some this might constitute a conflict of interest.) My motivation was to write an article about it since none existed to help others following a learning path similar to mine.

The language has not existed as long as many others so I suspect there are fewer references at present. I'm new to this too, and happy to accept feedback.
