The description "drug lord" is sensationalist tabloid-speak rather than the kind of language that should be used in the title of a neutral encyclopedia article. Most sources seem to refer to Dutton as a drug dealer (or suspected drug dealer if they date from before his conviction), so I would suggest moving this to Simon Dutton (drug dealer), and will do so in a few days if nobody objects here.
