Distinguishing between initial Scuttlebutt protocol and SSB
The history section of this article would be more thorough if it distinguished between the initial version of the Scuttlebutt protocol developed by Dominic Tarr, and the protocol changes that made it Secure Scuttlebutt (SSB). Especially important would be mentioned whether this was a breaking change, or whether SSB apps remain backwards compatible with any software that was still using vanilla Scuttlebutt.
