I'd like to thank the translator, and the ones who provided the links by which I found this article. The translation still needs some smoothing, but the major problem is the title, "Passive Radio Link Deflection", presumably a direct translation from the German. I don't know about other kinds of English, but the term in American English is "Passive repeater" and I wish to propose moving the article to that name. Not knowing a "template" for that purpose to put on the article page itself, I'll let this be the notice and change it after a few days if there are no objections.
