Doing so will automatically place the page in the appropriate category for the request to be reviewed.'

Not done This is not an edit request, the article is not protected, and answering this does not require an admin. As User:Redrose64 said, request protection at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. The line "Ideally, requests should be made on the article talk page rather than here."" is an instruction for asking for an edit to a protected page. You are not asking for an edit and the page is not protected.
