This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because its creator, User:Nann Chhay, has not been notified or given a chance to contest it. --Dicklyon (talk) 16:20, 12 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2019-01-12T16:20:00.000Z","author":"Dicklyon","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Dicklyon-2019-01-12T16:20:00.000Z-Contested_deletion","replies":[]}}-->

It looks to me like the content from from Wikipedia's article List of World Heritage Sites in Southeast Asia. For example, the table structure and the Angkor text that Randy edited was there from at least 2015. So maybe we just need to add a split attribution (and finish the split). Is deleting some of the language and rewording considered a rewrite of copyright material on Wikipedia? Copyrighted language should be almost totally reworded, so does deleting much of it and leaving a bare rewritten minimum work for Wikipedia standards? If it came from another wikipedia article, as I note above that it probably does, then we don't need to do that. @Dicklyon: Yes, the text used here was copied from the List of World Heritage Sites in Southeast Asia Wikipedia page. However, the language on that page is also a copyright violation of the UNESCO World Heritage Center website. The copyvio text appears to have begun being added (actually re-added) in 2015 after the article was cleaned of it in November 2014. You will find a notice posted at Talk:List of World Heritage Sites in Southeast Asia. I have revdel'd this article to remove the copyvio history. And placed a copyvio notice on the other article which will need to have all the summaries removed and/or rewritten from scratch. This is because those site summaries appear to be copied from the UNESCO website which holds all rights reserved. @CactusWriter: – So do we have similar issues at lot of the other List of World Heritage Sites in XXX articles? That's quite possible. I have not checked those other lists.
