The tag was removed as there was no attempt to identify the issues or aspects of the contents that put its neutrality in question. If a problem is perceived with this article - the rendition in this stub is similar to that of the WADC article - the language is mild compared to what various writers of the time rendered it as. Tags need explanations and should not dangle unexplained...
