I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I am highly dubious about this page. The single application paper mentioned is from 2004 and has 36 cites, which is not a lot, and the main sources are 1972 & 1976. Most current fixed point algorithms use some version of Anderson or Broyden methods (e.g. CT Kelly's work or the brief section in Nocedal & Wright), admittedly most of this is with derivatives. I am not that familiar with fixed-point (aka non-linear equations) methods without derivatives, but the lack of more recent sources raises major flags about notability.

@Erel Segal, no updates? I think it would be better to just have this as a redirect. I confess that I have problems with fixed-point computation -- why is Broyden's method ignored? That is the 900lb gorilla, in terms of applications, with density functional theory the monster there.
