3d engine?

3d engines are the core of new graphics engines that are in turn the base of game engines. being ignored completely in wikipedia doesnt look nice.




whats the point of this page? this comes under the purvue of graphics engines... should be combined with the fore mentioned..

Actually should a dedicate page be created to talk about realtime 3d rendering technqiues? subsurface scattering.. screen space ambient occlusion.. deferred shading.. forward shading etc.. ?

the page could be called 'realtime 3D rendering methodology' or something..
